Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $120 within Australia.
What are the shipping costs for orders under $120?
For orders under $120, we offer:
- Standard Tracked Shipping (7-10 business days): $10
- Express Shipping for faster delivery: $15

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Perth, WA.
How quickly will my order be processed?
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Keep in mind that external factors like holidays or weather can impact delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we can’t modify orders once they’ve been confirmed due to our fast processing times. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
As a small business, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind. Please choose carefully. However, if you receive a faulty item, we are happy to assist you.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, here’s what to do:
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos or a video of the fault.
- You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, so use a reliable, trackable service and keep your proof of postage.
- Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it carefully. If it’s deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us!
When will I receive my refund for faulty items?
After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, allow 2-5 business days for processing. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
You can request a size exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item by emailing us at support@cottonchloe.com with the subject line 'Size Exchange – [Order Number].' After 24 hours, we do not offer exchanges.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we can’t make changes to the address, product, or size. Please review all details carefully before completing your order.
